It's Golden Mount Festival Week or as some call it May Weekend!

It’s Golden Mount Festival week here in Mount Morgan, and there’s that brilliant, familiar buzz around town and just a slight chill to the air. 

This is our 21st Golden Mount Festival and we have always been incredibly passionate about both the Golden Mount Festival and the Gold Rush Rodeo. We’ve done a bit of everything over the years—from helping organise the events to just enjoying the weekend with our girls as they grew up.

This year, we’ve put a lot of effort into the Budget Buster raffle for the festival, and we’re also sponsoring the mini bull riders at the rodeo. Watching those local kids get in there and give it a go is always a huge highlight for us.

People often talk about the ripple effect of shopping locally, and this week is exactly what that looks like. When you pop in to grab a gift or coffee from us, that money stays right here in town. It’s the everyday support from our customers that actually allows small shops like ours to sponsor the rodeo kids, back the festival raffles, and help keep these Mount Morgan traditions alive. We honestly couldn't do it without you.
